Brazilian wish bracelet known as Bahia Bands in Brazil are worn as a good luck charm. A 200 year old ancient Brazilian tradition they are known to ward off evil and bring on good luck.
The legend is that Senhor do Bonfim (Lord of the Good End) grants wishes to those who wear the bracelets. Many Brazilians tie their Bahia band on the gates of the Church of Senhor do Bonfim because it is said that miracles are granted to those in need.
There are rules though so make sure you read the rules included in your order to make sure your wishes are granted. Hint, you will need a friend to tie to knots for you! Do not attempt to tie around your own wrist.
